Varnish in Cloud Website Hosting
Varnish is available as an optional upgrade with each cloud website hosting and if you wish to use it, you can add it to your hosting account using the Upgrades menu in your Hepsia Control Panel. There’re two different features that can be upgraded – the number of instances and the system memory. The first one depends on the number of the websites that you’d like to use Varnish for and the second one, which is available in increments of 32 megabytes, shows the maximum amount of data that the data caching platform can store at any given time. The Hepsia Control Panel’s easy-to-use GUI will enable you to switch off or to restart any instance, to view exhaustive system logs or to get rid of the platform’s cache with just a click. For optimum results, you can use a dedicated IP address for the Internet sites that will use the platform. With Varnish, your website will load substantially faster, meaning more happy visitors and prospective customers.
Varnish in Semi-dedicated Servers
The Linux semi-dedicated service that we’re offering will permit you to use Varnish as soon as your new semi-dedicated server account has been set up, as the caching platform is available by default. 64 megabytes of system memory will be assigned to Varnish the moment your account is activated, so you can use this load distribution software once your website has been taken online. If you need more memory, you can get 32 megabytes at a time from the Hepsia Control Panel’s Upgrades section and it will be allocated to your semi-dedicated machine instantly. You can also increase the number of the Internet sites that use Varnish, or the so-called ‘instances’, which are not linked directly to the amount of system memory that you use, which goes to say that you will have more freedom. The Varnish caching platform will enormously decrease the load on the server caused by your websites, so your site visitors can enjoy fast-opening pages. You will be able to manage the Varnish caching platform without efforts from the Control Panel using fast-access controls. You will be able to start/delete any of the instances that you have, to delete the cache associated with any of your sites or to view system logs.
Varnish in VPS Servers
You can take advantage of Varnish with each of our VPS server packages at no extra cost, since the caching platform is pre-installed and is available by default. The only prerequisite is that the VPS server must be ordered with the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you’ll be able to activate Varnish for any of your Internet sites with only a few mouse clicks. Each plan offers a different amount of memory for caching purposes, but you will have no less than several hundred MB, which is enough even for several traffic-heavy websites. Shortly after you enable Varnish, it’ll start caching the content that your visitors browse, so you will notice the substantially better web page loading times and the decreased load on the VPS server very soon. The platform will allow you to use a less expensive VPS server, as you will not require that much power to ensure the correct operation of your websites even if you manage traffic-heavy websites with plenty of visitors. Maximum results are achieved if the sites which use Varnish also use a dedicated IP address.
Varnish in Dedicated Servers
All Linux dedicated service which are ordered with the in-house built Hepsia hosting Control Panel include Varnish, which is one of the pre-installed software platforms that you will get with the machine. The Varnish platform can be set up and managed without any effort from the Hepsia Control Panel’s time and effort saving interface and, with no more than one mouse click, you can see a detailed log, add or restart an instance, delete the cache for any site and much, much more. Shortly after you enable Varnish for a specific domain or subdomain, it will start caching the pages opened by your website visitors and once it has cached enough content, you’ll observe a tremendously better site performance in addition to a lowered server load. With Varnish-dedicated system memory starting at 3 GB, you’ll be able to use the software platform for workload balancing purposes even if you host a vast number of Internet sites on your dedicated server.
