With it, your server will be included in our custom server monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the crucial tasks. And in the event of a service failure, our system administrators will be notified right away and they will fix the problem ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of your hosted content is really important – one never knows when something could go wrong. And with the Managed Services solution, you will take advantage of every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to set up or configure anything. What’s more all the backups are always saved on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your hosted content will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you have full freedom to install any script or service on your it. Still, certain scripts are harder to install and may require some additional configuration from you. That is where our Managed Services solution can come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – which means you will be able to basically hire one of our qualified server administrators for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software package that you want. Alternatively have him rectify an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on with the KVM VPS Servers.
